• Lighting and electrical distribution for football/baseball/soccer field, including high mast site lighting for Ruth B. Swann Memorial Park, Charles County, MD.
• Design of electrical distribution, lighting for a baseball field; a baseball/football/soccer combination field; tennis courts; and comfort station, concession area, pavilion and roadways at Cove Point Park, Calvert County, MD.
• Lighting and electrical distribution for a baseball field and tennis courts, as well as comfort station, concession area, pavilion and roadway lighting at Dunkirk District Park, Calvert County, MD.
• Design of electrical distribution, lighting, HVAC and plumbing for concession stands, comfort stations and office for Calvert Cliff State Park, Calvert County, MD.
• Design of outdoor lighting for parks and roadways for the Crofton Recreation Complex, Crofton, MD.

• Baltimore Orioles Stadium at Camden Yards - Construction Management for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electric power, lighting, PA system, security system, electronic score board, drainage and irrigation pumps and piping. MEP construction cost: $30M
• Physical and Health Education, University of Maryland at Eastern Shore - Designed indoor lighting of sports arena comprised of tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball courts, indoor gymnasium and tracks, and outdoor lighting of tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, and security lighting.
• Carrie Murray Nature Center, Baltimore - Electrical and mechanical design of interior and exterior lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, ventilation and piping for a new addition.
